6005A-T6 Telescoping Square Tubing - .110"

Telescoping tube is commonly used for extensions, adjustable legs, rails and more. Finding aluminum square tube that telescopes is no easy task. Until now! We offer eleven total sizes of 6005A-T6 aluminum square tubes that will telescope within each other with minimal play.

6005A allows us to make custom shapes with tight tolerances and still have similar weld ability and structural strength of 6061. This particular alloy is commonly used in the automotive, industrial, electrical and equipment industries. It can also be used to produce standard and custom shapes extruded for solid or hollow designs.

Note: All .110″ wall tubes are compatible with each other, and all .060″ wall tubes are compatible with each other. We do not recommend attempting to telescope .110″ and .060″ tubes.
